Beautiful store. Loved all the finds They have everything from furniture to home decor to seosonal decor, kitchen appliances, aesthetically pleasing kitchen essentials, to kids' furniture and toys, and a lot more! The store is clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and happy to help. Found some great fauc plants here for my home. Will definitely shop again.

This is a review of my in-store experience at the Highland Village store. I will review once again, when I receive my new couch. The shopping experience was pleasant. Staff member, Debbie was helpful and listened to my likes and dislikes in a couch.

The store really needs to improve on logistics for delivery. I purchased a $3K+ sofa and paid $279 for delivery service. The total I’m paying is close to $4K. What I got was never being contacted for delivery date or window. “Only” took me, not them, calling warehouse 3 times to find it out. Turns out the store/warehouse never got the right cell number to start with. Not sure who dropped the ball when placing the order. They have a phone number on the record that I do not recognize. Even on the day of delivery, I was still not being contacted until 1 hour into the delivery window. When the store finally gave the right number to the driver after my complain, the driver told me there will be a delay and he can’t deliver within the window. I wasted my entire afternoon doing nothing just wait. When the sofa finally arrived 20 minutes over the delivery window(which is 2 hours), the sofa has quite obvious scratch marks. One scratch even becomes a small tear. They now need to send me a replacement and seems like the waiting game is not ending. I now lose the confidence in its logistics and not sure if I still want to buy furniture from the store. They have good designs that is hugely discounted by its horrible service in logistics and delivery. My two cents of this experience: think twice and have the logistics issue in mind before buying.

If you go to this location, ask for ChiChi! She is AMAZING. She helped pick out the most beautiful sofa I’ve ever seen in my life for my new home. She was so incredibly kind and helpful. This was an important purchase for me and took her time and made sure I was satisfied. She’s the best, thanks Chi!

Waiting for almost EIGHT MONTHS now and we have still NOT received a non damaged bed!!!! While they make you pay the full amount without any compensation. My story: Delivery (after 5 month wait!) was postponed SEVERAL times including one cancellation because they said the warehouse received a damaged bed and they did not want to deliver damaged goods..And guess what? They send out the the damaged bed anyway after waiting another few weeks. As we got rid of our old beds as soon as we got the delivery date, we were sleeping on the the floor for weeks already so we were forced to keep the damaged bed as a loaner. But they acknowledged the damaged items and they promised to deliver an undamaged bed very soon. And as we kept the bed as a loaner, they refused a refund! Refund was only possible after we send back the damaged bed and the undamaged was delivered. So we waited. And guess what! Postponement after postponement. Now waiting for EIGHT MONTHS without ANY compensation and they keep postponing the delivery and they keep our money !! Unless we go back to sleeping on the floor and hope they will ever deliver a bed! Extremely disappointing worthless company. If I would have checked the reviews in advance (there are MANY experiences like mine) I would NEVER have decided to order something. Lot of people including some of my friends have had the same experience. They promise to improve here on Google reviews but the do not even try. Employees try to settle things while they know Crate and Barrel will not deliver. Feel sorry for them really. @crate and barrel. Shame on you! Your answer; So nice of you to appreciate my patience and your worthless promise to deliver my bed in mint condition. But you said that 8 times already and still keep postponing the delivery!!! And keep my money!!

I love shopping here. All the sales associates are knowledgeable and happy to help. Unfortunately every interaction with the managers is uncomfortable as they almost seem bothered to offer assistance when their subordinates request help making me, the customer, feel like a burden as well.

Ordered a sofa online in May 2023. Received the sofa in August 2023–it was custom and they messed up the stitching on the chaise cushion cover and there was a dent in the cushion itself (likely due to packaging). I called, emailed, and chatted with someone several times to finally get a confirmation that they will replace the damaged product. The item was finally ready to be scheduled for delivery in November (after I had to call them again to ask for an update) and now on the day of delivery, the item has still not arrived (now two hours past the window they gave me). Another order of mine, I scheduled to pick up from the warehouse, but then two days prior to the date (which is already over a month past the estimated availability date give to me at the time of purchase) I am being told the item is not yet at the warehouse. It has been two weeks since that date and no word on when I will get my items. Better to shop from smaller local furniture companies that can actually guarantee timely delivery of their products. Update: I have contacted and emailed customer service twice already with no response to date. I will update once/if I hear back.

Please DO NOT BUY from Crate and Barrel. I ordered from CB2 (Crate and Barrel 2) and have had a terrible experience! I placed an order in March of 2023. Items that are marked 'available' for your order will be sold to other customers, and continually delay your delivery date. They will not hold items in the warehouse for your delivery. As of now, the delivery is estimated for December. I have seen multiple items marked as 'available' and then go to estimated availability in another month. Every time something is available, another item is gone. If you want to receive items as they come in stock, CB2 will ask for $249 delivery fee for each delivery. I was finally able to get SOME of the items delivered after endlessly following up with CB2, and guess what? One of the items I expected, and was even on the list the delivery driver had is now delayed until December. I find it completely absurd that an item that was listed for delivery can then be delayed FOUR MONTHS. Furthermore, as items become available they charge you for it. But they still WILL NOT hold the item for you. How can you charge me for an item, and then refuse to hold it and sell it to another customer? This feels like it is borderline fraud. They will refund you for this if you complain, but won't do anything to get the item to you faster. There's an incredible degree of incompetence at this company post sales, and they do not care. I've been promised follow-ups multiple times and have yet to receive one. The sales experience at CB2 might be good, but after-sales good luck. Edit: I have been asked to DM Kirsten but google maps does not allow you do that! That function doesn't exist! They still have yet to call me directly from the promised supervisor follow-up.
